The clients are mostly listed entities and some unlisted companies - hence, we need CA in assurance department having good knowledge of Ind AS, Standards on auditing and good command in Excel for statutory audit mainly.
The firm DO NOT do ITR Filling, ROC Filling, GST Filling - hence, any knowledge in form filing will not be best utlised
